IN/THRU?

I posted this in the Sub forum, but no one there's been able to help me.

At the club I spin at, we have to move a sub from the back room to get the main room to sound proper (even though there are already 2 in that room). All of these subs are JBL SRX728S. The manual here (http://www.jblpro.com/BackOffice/ProductAttachments/SRX700UserGuide.pdf) shows the back. There are two speakon connections and both are labeled "IN/THRU" what does the Thru mean? Can I daisy chain theses subs together?

I would say so. in/thru must be the same as in/out as on other subs.

The markings you mention are common on speakers for professional audio and mean exactly what you have deduced. SRX series JBLs are intended for professional audio - more specifically live sound. That doesn't mean that they don't belong in a home audio system if they fit.
