At first switch on the front panel red led light comes on solid and then flashes 2 times then 5 times.
The TV comes on but the picture is distorted as per attached picture, sound works fine.
This is the same on Scart 1, Scart 2 and Antenna In but HDMI and PC Inputs are perfectly fine.
I can access the OSD Menu from a universal remote or by a combination of the front panel buttons and all the functions work.
The OSD Menu appears perfectly fine.
The usual visual inspections have been made but no signs of anything obviously faulty, i.e bulging caps, burnt areas, dry joints.
