I have a Pioneer Elite VSX21TXH, worth it to get a Denon 2313CI

How does the audio quality compare between the two? Would it be an upgrade, downgrade, or equal? I know the Denon has Audyssey and the Pioneer has MCACC.

I was looking to get a new receiver because this current Pioneer one doesn't support 3D and I'd like to watch some of the 3D Blu-rays I've gotten. Not sure whether it is worth it to buy a new receiver or just hook a 3D Blu-ray device directly to the TV and just watch 3D Blu-rays through that every now or then.

Edit: Of course I forgot the question mark in the thread title.

I would have to guess that Audyssey MultiEQ XT on the Denon would be a substantial upgrade from the Advanced MCACC "9 Band EQ" on the Pioneer, but I have no personal experience with the Pioneers.
