speaker size constraints

Hey all,

I have been doing a lot of research on here and was looking for some feedback.

I have just recently built a built in surround for my tv. the issue is that I only have about 3.5 inches of height where i can put LCR speakers under. I am running a receiver and a sub already plus the house that we bought already has speakers in the ceiling for the rears.

I was just curious what you all would suggest for a smaller compact speaker for the fronts. I only have about 45" of space to separate them so there isn't a whole lot of room. I am not trying to break the bank but would love to have something that sounds nice.

Your opinions are always valued.

Thanks so much
Kris

Find a way to make a bigger opening or look for another spot to place speakers as I could not fond anything.

Smallest I found was 3.9 inches.

If you could possibly accommodate larger speakers, then do so by all means. If not, then check out the Cambridge Audio Minx:

There are always major tradeoffs involved with using speakers this small, but these are probably among the best teeny-tiny, itsy-bitsy wittle baby speakers. wink.gif
