What cable do I need to connect my sub with my Marantz AVR?

This might be a ridiculous question, but can someone help me set up my Cambridge Audio X200 sub to my new Marantz NR1603 receiver?

The sub has two inputs (R/L, red and white connector) and two outputs (R/L, red and white connector).

My Marantz NR1603 AVR has one black input for my sub, it says SW next to this input. All the inputs on the receiver and the sub are standard composite style jacks.

The Cambridge Audio manual is an eye chart and is not helpful.

What kind of cord to I need?

Do I need a cord where one end has one plug, and the other end has two plugs?
If I just use one of the four connectors on the sub, which one do I use?

Any help would be much appreciated as I was hoping to play a movie at home tonight. It's Friday, following a long week, and I'm hoping to relax with a beer and a good movie at home.

RCA cable. You can get them from monoprice cheap. I believe, if I'm not mistaken, you plug into the white one (input) where it says LFE/Sub Input.....

Hope this helps!

Edit: Looks like this
http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10236&cs_id=1023603&p_id=2681&seq=1&format=2

Since I don't do well without a picture.

Actually your Marantz receiver should have an OUTPUT marked SW. That's where you connect the powered sub cable.
