Onkyo 616 vs Denon 1913

Depends on whether you want the additional features offered on the 616 which only uses the most basic version of Audyssey 2EQ which cannot EQ a subwoofer, or the better audio fidelity from the 1913 which offers the more advanced version of Audyssey MultEQ with 2x the speaker control points of 2EQ as well as the ability to EQ a subwoofer? Your choice.

Either is sufficient to get the job done.

+1 You are really talking 6 of one and half dozen of the other. Its a pure toss up...evaluate features between them and pull the trigger.

I have a slight lean towards the Denon for greater reliability ratings and airplay...but I own the Onkyo 818 ...could not pass up XT 32 at that price range.

That being said...you should probably go for the Denon 1713 or 2113 for XT -- if you can swing the cost.
