LG 42lk520 optical jack snapped off

Ok so i noticed my sound bar wasnt producing sound and checked the back of my tv to see if the optical audio cable came out.. I noticed the housing snapped off the back of the tv..before i break out the super glue i am wondering if it can be fixed any other way...

Short of having it repaired at a local shop, no.

You can just run audio cables directly from your sources into the soundbar provided the soundbar has an adequate number of inputs, and then run your video cables (hopefully HDMI) up to the FP.

What sources are you using and what soundbar do you have?
