Moving to Europe, will my Viera 55ST50 work there?

I had some questions regarding the move. I have searched in this forum but the threads found were kind of old?

I'm thinking of moving to mainland Europe for a job, will my 55ST50 work well there? Can it handle the signals 220 V/50 Hz signals? will I see a difference in image quality? Will it last longer? Could any signal adapter help?

Thanks,
Ioannis

A few other guys have asked this question in the past few months but nobody has been able to confirm if this is workable or not and the questions were never answered. Probably because this is a US based forum and have no experience with using a foriegn model here.

Do a Plasma forum search for posts containing the word "Voltage Converter" and that should find the discussions, but i've been participating in them and nobody's reported any success.

Better yet, go to the UK-based Plasma forum and see if anyone there has imported a US Plasma and got it to work in their country:
