Hi, we are currently renovating our basement and we've run into a bit of an issue. Basically we want to wall mount our tv and put a hidden cubby hole in the wall where we can store all a couple of our devices (note that by hidden I mean hidden behind the tv). We wanted to make the hole below the mounting bracket but don't have a tv yet or mounting hardware so we're not sure how high we should make it. Is there some sort of popular standard most tv manufacturers are using now? Our concerns are basically just for the cubby hole to be blocked by the tv so its not visible. We just need some way of knowing the distance between the bottom of the tv (which we dont have) and the bottom of the mounting bracket (which we also don't have).
