In a story in Consumer Reports dated 12/18/2012 Consumer Reports has an article that says that Buckyballs maker agreed to stop selling magnetic toys due to safety issues. 11 other manufacturers and importers said they would comply with the Consumer Protection Safety Commission's order (to ban the sale of neodymium magnets).

Neodymium magnets are 15 times as powerful as regular magnets.

Perhaps SVS will release the SB-16 Ultra smile.gif

Can't hurt, but neo prices peaked about a year ago and have come back down considerably already. And new US mines will be cranking it up in the near future, as it's been declared a strategically important commodity.
