Yes , Samsung`s support needs work , more work than the F8000 itself
This is a new issue , as far as I know your are the first. Maybe you could try this:
Reset the tv , not just the video , but reset the network settings as well , try to make it just like it was when you opened the box.
To be honest , I don`t think that will help , but it might. Also the F8000 has a really bad wireless card , so if you are hooked up wireless , try a hardwired direct connection to your router. I know if you happen to have it wall mounted it may not be the best of choices , but right now we are in trouble shooting mode !!
Once you have it all reset , make sure you reconfigure the F8000 as a wired connection , please post how you made out !!
