First of all, Best Buy is hit or miss with their return policy. Second, I highly recommend going to a TigerDirect/CompUSA storefront/warehouse or any storefront that is attached to a warehouse. I'm fortunate to live near a TigerDirect store. When I got the UN55F8000 I asked them how many they had in stock. They had TEN 55" F8000's in the warehouse. That and their NO QUESTIONS ASKED return and exchange for 30 days, I came back the next day, swapped out my F8000 (first one had tiny air pockets in the panel) with a second one and the manager didn't even scan the receipt, he just looked for the model numbers matching and checked that the first F8000 was in the box. He even helped load the replacement into my backseat and he even gave me his cell phone number if I needed to text him about any issues! Best customer service I had ever experienced. Every TV I will buy will probably be from a TigerDirect store. Hopefully when I'm living on my own I'll live near one because they seriously kick ass and respect their customers, particularly high end TV buyers.
