Seriously , I feel for you , I really do , and I know what you are going through.
As for my F8000 , well lets just say that I am not real happy with Samsung`s CS , no matter what level.
All they would do is transfer me from one to another , the last time I was transferred , they hung up on me
Just it case you have not been reading my posts:
On Oct, 29th I had the Main Board replaced and upon rebuilding my Smart Hub ( it really needs a new name ! = LOL ) , I found out that an app I bought was no longer available for me to download , so Samsung owes me 2.99 , and of course I will never see the money or the app unless I re-buy it. POS app anyway !!
So , the main board do not go just for the heck of it , something must have caused it to fail ( maybe ~ maybe not ) , I could be looking at the possibility of a cascade failure.
I registered on line with Samsung so I got an extra 3 months of warranty , so basically I am covered for about 9 more months , after that if it breaks it takes a visit to the junk pile !
