So I have tried my best to research and understand as much as I can in the audio scene, but bottom line is I don't understand the technical details at all, so I am looking for some guidance of whether or not this proposed set up will work. Some details about what I am working with.
- 13x23x7'8" room with half the back wall and short staircase open to the next room.
- Primary use is movies and games
I have a pair of Infinity Primus P362 floor standing speakers currently so was hoping to continue to use those as they still seem like a good option for front left and right?
I am thinking of going with the Infinity Primus PC351 center channel, P163BK for the rear surround (mounted on the ceiling), and am not sure about what to do for side surround, the P163BK might be a bit big for the room but the sides would also be ceiling mounted. So I am still not sure what to do for the sides 163, 153, 143?
For Subs I am looking at 2 Rythmik LV12Rs, the reviews, and the current price point (499 each) just seem like a great option.
Receiver I am looking at Denon 2313CI.
Anyways I apologize if I left anything out, and sorry about my ignorance on the subject, just hoping to put in a good sound system with my home theater project. Any comments on this set up is greatly appreciated, thanks!
