I called these guys 3 weeks ago, my glasses were being shipped that Friday. In hindsight that was obviously what the service rep was told to say. Fast forward to this week, no glasses. I called, they’re out of stock, they’ll be in stock “in a few weeks”. Wow. So they didn’t ship, and they’re actually out of stock – at least that’s the latest story. $3000 to be treated like this. I'm now passing the two and a half month mark, these were originally supposed to get to me in 6 weeks! Panasonic will never get my business again. Has anyone else had this happen?
