Need help with my New Harmony Touch Remote! Please Help!

I have setup everything online and gone through all the requirements for setup. However after I select my "favorites" the software just sits there and spins. Remote shows "Syncing Changes Do not disconnect"

Any suggestions?

I am not impressed with this remote's simplicity so far. Very dissappointed. Please help.

Think I got it. Worked on "Watch T.V." but "watch movie" did not turn on my PS3. Suggestions?!

It won't work without a PS3 adapter.
