The data I can find on the 16-46 indicate that they are powered subs, but you list an amp. Are these passive?
Which SVS driver (12.1, 12.2, or 12.3) is installed in these subs?

These are passive and need an amp to drive them. The Samson S-1000 amp was the amp SVS was selling with them at the time I bought them. They are the 12.2 drivers.

5 years ago I would have driven down to buy these at that price.

This is a great deal on a quality product. I hope somebody snags these up rather than buying the typical $300 budget sub pair that most go with.

Thank you! I just lowered the SVS subs and amp set to $600.
