Help with lamp reset on Sharp XV-Z20000/21000!Anybody with a service manual?

I bought a new lamp,but i can't reset the lamp timer:

1)the buttons command(enter,down,right and press on) just doesn't work:mad:
2)i entered the service menu,but no idea how to do a reset there.It is in the service manual,which i can't find on the net(for free anyway)
3)lamp reset command via RS232C-i don't have/can't find a laptop or PC with a serial port.There are USB to RS232 cables,but you need drivers,etc.

The lamp timer is down to 1%,so i have to reset it soon or risk the projector refusing to start up.Anybody with suggestions,excluding going to a service shop,repair centre,etc.

I have both the user and the service manual-the only way to reset it,apart of the command via RS232C,is to hold enter,down and right,then press on,while the timer resets.Yes,I have tried it on the projector during standby,it just doesn't seem to work.I will give it a try one more time,then probably get USB to RS232 cable.It's wont be very good for the lamp to power it up and down for short periods,while trying to reset it.

Thanks for the advice,but that's very strange.The user manual i have in paper form,the service manual i downloaded,the leaflet in the lamp's box and another previous owner advice-it's these three buttons and on!

So you are saying to hold only ''enter'' and to press ''on'' once.I will try it after one last attempt today.

Success!Holding down the three buttons and pressing ''on'' just once,instead of holding it down like i did before,did the trick.
