Except it won't. I have investigated this, and teflon insulation has benefits in some contexts, but not for speaker cables or interconnects.
For example, when I worked on air defense radars in the Army 100% of all inter-chassis wiring was OFC fine-stranded silver plated wire with 100% teflon insulation. The inter-chassis wiring harnesses had maybe 50 wires and shielded cables in each bundle that was about 12 feet long. They still failed in service. They were non-returnable items and I was the only person in the unit who even had a clue what they were. For the next 20 years, they were used in any number of audio projects. They were lovely to work with but they added nothing sonically.
