Atlantic Tech Subwoofers?

Having an audio system installed in the new house and I'm trying to keep budget under control. That said, my AV guy wants me to buy the Atlantic Technology SB-900. I've searched pretty extensively around the web but really cant find any reviews. I was hoping you guys could lend me some guidance.

edit: Budget is no more than $500, room is about 12' x 17', will be used for both music and movies

Reading their promo it's not something i'd buy, at 32hz it's not much of a sub imho.
