How to have projector and TV sometimes same, I.e. DVR control and other times different channels?

Hello all,
I have a question. In my bar/ theater area I have a projector and another tv in the bar portion. At times I'd like both to play the same thing, and we usually watch games delayed, so DVR control over both is needed, then at other times play different channels. I'm at a loss as to what I would need to do this, any input greatly appreciated!!

Two DVRs

The cheaper dish dvr like the 722 can do this but when seperate channels one will be non-hd.

Option 2 get a couple hdmi spliters. Monoprice.com has them for $6

Cable, Directv or Dish?

HDMI splitters, or a small matrix switch.

It's cable, Insight, owned now by Time Warner. I understand 2 DVR's, but I'd like to pause, rewind, (boths tvs on the same source) at once, then at other times have them playing independent content. I'll look into the matrix devices. Thanks guys.

Check out the Denon 3313 receiver. It has a matrix switch built in.
