Please HELP!! Ugh SPECTRACAL

I got my spectracal C6, downloaded software & installed it. I am so frustrated cause tge damn key they gave me for the firmware is not the correct one is there any solution to this? Is tgere someone from spectracal on AVS FORUM?

May want to post this in the calibration forum. If this is the same problem I have, you need to copy and paste the license key they gave you. If you try to type it in, it doesn't seem to work. Any little error will throw it off.

Go to the calibration forum and be nice there. Its full or prima donas but they will glady help you if you are nice.
