Yamy A1020 USB Playback

I have a bunch of MP3s on a usb stick. I can't get them to play back in order. I've numbered them, lettered them etc and they show the correct order when viewed on a PC. But when trying to play them on the AVR, they play randomly. Any suggestions?

Adventage A1020

Thanks

Windows will sort the list of files by name (or by date or something else) when it displays them in an Explorer window. However, on a FAT formated drive like your USB stick, the files are actually in different order, basically the order they got copied to the drive in.

If you open up a "Command Prompt" window and type "dir /p X:" where X: is the drive letter of your USB stick then you'll see the actual order of the files as they're stored on the drive.

Yes, your correct. But I tried labeling A, B, C, etc and thought that would do it. Seems like that worked for me once before but not really sure.

Guess I'll have to try adding one at a time.

THANKS
