. How do you start a week of double XP when it's known that crashes are occurring across all platforms? It makes no sense. Couple that with no surround sound being outputted from the optical output and no chat adapter until next year. I think I should've waited.
I too am sorry I didn't wait on switching from BF4 on 360 to XB1. I still would have bought the system at launch but I would have waited to switch BF4 over.
IMHO, it just says something about the industry as a whole, when the game and the hardware are so flawed at launch. We are basically PAYING beta testers. While the last week's bonus 100% XP was a nice offer, it really does not offset the frustration of playing a map for an hour, only to have the whole experience wiped at a crash at the end of the game.
I know I'm whining too much here, but my time, even my gaming play time has value. I'm starting to seriously consider going back to some PC MMO on STO, GW2 and TOR while waiting on XB1 and EA to get their act together. Even though I'm loving the possibilities of BF4, I hate the hit or miss chance of landing on a good team, instead of being able to queue with a solid squad from the start of the game. This is what made me quit BF3. Oh well... nobody reading this had any input on the actions of EA or MS... so I apologize for for the QQ.
On the bright side of BF4... I hit 50 last night.
