Stopping weight training does NOT lead to a loss of muscle mass that quickly
and I speak from personal experience.
It certainly will lead to rapid muscle loss if calories are also drastically reduced. (I also speak from personal experience.)
The two points I had been trying to make in all this, which seem to be ignored, are:
1. regaining muscle in a short time is nowhere near as hard as gaining in the first place.
2. pumping up before a scene makes a huge difference in how someone looks. My arms having gained close to 2 inches after a high volume workout. Of course it is only a temporary condition.
Everyone mentioned may have been "supplementing". I'm just saying none of them are beyond natural by any means.
