The design is bargain if you shop around. Not as thorough as the best you can buy, but something has to give for 1/10th the price. The design details don't really matter if they build it, though, since they have to figure it all out in the end anyway. That was my plan going in, but the low price on the design doesn't carry through to building. You don't need lotto money for a design, but you do for them to build it. That's why BigMouth is in such high demand.
It would be nice if there were something like "EG certified" construction arms that could serve lower priced markets around the country. By lower price, I mean like theaters going into $1 million - $2 million homes. Still room for healthy margins, but well short of what EG themselves require to take on the job.
