I may try to contact them but I don't hold much hope.
After all they have been doing this since the beginning of atsc and one guy (me) sends an email or whatever after all this time complaining about clock, call number and program listings......
Reckon is takes more, better equipment or teaching the monkey to press the correct buttons to get it to work?
I just called the station and talked to a guy.
He said the engineer was not in right ATM but he would check to see if indeed the data is being transmitted.
He asked was I on cable and I replied no, OTA.
He agreed that the info is suppose to be transmitted.
I mentioned that I didn't know if it was my equipment but I received the info data on my other stations.
He said he would check into it and gave me his extension phone number.
I told him I would call him back in a couple of days if I still wasn't receiving info data.
I also told him I was receiving CC.
