Regarding My Comment......
.It is very evident that the iView-3500STB is now the clear winner between the two choices.

My opinion was not solely based on what the new firmware addressed. But, more based on over-all features and functionality.
A few items just off the top of my head:EPG:
HmWrx .... Only one page of info
iView ........ Two pages when availableRemote Control: Response time:
HmWrx .... Slow or noticeable lag after pressing button
iView ........ Much quicker response
HmWrx .... While viewing live TV hit "OK" button Nothing offered
iView ........ On iView, provided with an all channel list to quickly scroll through
HmWrx .... play, pause, stop, forward, reverse, etc buttons all over the place
iView ........ All grouped together as they should beTuner Sensitivity:
HmWrx .... After selecting or changing to another station the picture would flash off a couple of times
iView ........ Change channel picture stable
HmWrx .... Noted some difficulty in stabilizing certain fringe stations
iView ........ Tuner seemed more stable with same stations.Cabinet Controls & Features:
HmWrx .... No display to indicate if unit is on/off or an LED status display
iView ........ LED display to show station order number. Status display "Scan" "boot", etc. Red
LED to show if unit is on or off.
