What material makes a good screen and determines the amount?

Ok... Why do some manufactures charge so much than other manufactures? I know that SI make the Black Diamond series that allow one to watch comfortably in a no light controlled room as well as some other manufactures. Also the gain of the screen and other factors. I guess to cut to the chase what the price so high and cut out name Branding. We all now that "Bloze" and "Feets By DJ Dre" are not work the price people pay for them and it advertising. And a few year back the OPPO blu-ray player was being re-badge selling 3x the price as the Oppo. How can I RESEARCH the StewartFilm screen is better than an Elite or Draper? Or what makes the higher price SI, Stewarts, Seymore, and etc better than there lower price units?

Same thing that makes a Honda better than a Kia..
A few things that make a better screen:
Frame build quality and assembly ease
Electrical component quailty (power drop down screens)
Screen fabric quality (lack of texture, color neutral, gain, lack of sparkles and hot spoting if high gain
Lack of audio quality desegregation (acoustic transparent fabric)
Lack of Weave visibility or moire ( acoustic transparent)
etc etc

Also See umr's screen fabric report
