Hello just a little help.I have a Yamaha RX-V571 receiver,motorola DCH6200,and a Sony VPL-HS60 projector.My screen is 92*52
106 diagonally roughly. It is 192" or 16' form projector.Question is I have a 2" border around screen where no image is shown.
I have it set at 1080i through the cable box to get it to fill this much. While I know certain commercials are re sized smaller,do
you have any suggestion on how to get it to fill the full screen. Thanks

Mostly likely you are too far from the screen - move the projector closer to fill the screen.

If it's not filling the screen he needs to zoom out or move the projector farther away from the screen.

Yes of course you're correct. The point was I was trying to make was that according to the calculator at 16 feet he has slightly exceeded the throw range of this projector for a 106" diagonal screen. Either he's not using the zoom feature correctly or it's not functioning properly.

Yep adjusted zoom on back side of focus ring and it did the trick. If I move the projector a little closer it would be perfect.Thanks.smile.gif
