YAMAHA RX-V773WA vs PIONEER VSX-1123-K

Hello AVS, I am trying to decide between these two receivers/amps YAMAHA RX-V773WA vs PIONEER VSX-1123-K. The Yamaha is on sale so I'm leaning towards that but i have an old Pioneer and it still sounds great. I upgraded from the old Pioneer to an ONKYO which I am not happy with. Since the Yamaha is on sale, I started searching for new receivers/amp and found these two in my price range and features.

I have a broken H/K and am trying to decide between these two models.
I would also like to know which way people lean, and why?

I prefer yamaha for thier proven performance and reliability factor...but when it comes down to it, its all a preference thing like what shoes to buy. just google search the 2 recievers in question and read the reviews.

I will have both. Really like the Yamaha, don't have the Pioneer yet (it's been shipped). The plan is to use the 1123-k hdmi out options for more video control in my living room. If it works I'll probably move the 773 to my bedroom or office. My favorite feature on the Yamaha is the kindle fire app that you can download for free. I'll see how much I miss that with the Pioneer.

I prefer Yamaha in this case. Any reason Denon not in the running?

I've had the Pioneer for a couple weeks now, and I love the sound and options that it has to offer. I'm very satisfied with the unit and the mobile application is fat beyond what the competition offers. That seems to be the consensus as well. Kindle fire, that's android, Pioneer had an android app.
