Releases tomorrow.

Anyone grabbing this one?

I have been greatly surprised there has really been no discussion about this prior to today...
I have it on my radar, and although it probably won't be a release day 60 dollar purchase, I will look at the bargain/used bin to pick it up later.
(Although, after the demo, my son will disagree with me...)

Got my preorder in. I enjoyed the demo and been hooked to the IOS version. I like how both games have unlocks when you play each version.

if this had come out 10 years ago i would have been all over it. I just can't get into the fighting games now, tried SF4, but it had been so long since i had played fighting games, really couldn't get into it. It seems like an awesome game, but i don't see myself ever buying a fighting game again, which is crazy because that was all i used to play as a kid..

I was digging through my game 'collection' the other day and found Soulcalibur IV, which I bought because of Yoda. Back in the day, I believe I played it for about 30 minutes before I decided that I had wasted my money. I never traded it in because I figured someday I'd get back to it. I imagine Injustice would work out the same way, since the demo and I didn't get along...

I think it helps to have someone to play it with at home.

My son and I played the heck out of MK vs DC as well as Marvel vs Capcom and Tekken. Honestly not sure I would ever bother playing a fighting game online but these games are great fun with my kid.

I haven't followed this closely but am I missing something or, when you strip away all the story and cinemas, is Injustice just another fighting game?

Other than a small core of hardcore fighting fans I just can't see this having any kind of broad appeal and it really smacks of a missed opportunity of using the DC license to me.

I guess it's like DC would prefer that the folks who like fighters would learn to like DC Comics, and those who don't want fighters would go to DC Universe Online, and so on through the game genres.

I'm not expecting DC Madden with Flash as a wide receiver, but it could happen...

Just a heads up here.

TRU has this for $34.99 this week. Those of you who got it at BB or WM should be able to pricematch just fine.

For those who haven't bought yet here is a good chance to grab it at a nicely discounted price.

That's a great deal, however, here's the kicker...
The free shipping is "Ship to store", and not your store of choice. (If your store is out of stock, you are moved to the next closest....)
My wife checked two local stores, both were sold out, and we were pushed to a store 50 miles away. Not feasible, as we both work. Also, has to be picked up same day. Great if you live in a city with a few TRU's around. Not so much for those of us in rural areas.

pricematch at BB or WM. I did the PM at BB at lunch no problem

UPDATE:
Walmart states they absolutely do not pricematch online sale prices from other retailers.

I picked this up last week. My son and I play it and I have been enjoying the single player as well. Played online against a friend for about 12 matches and all 12 came down to the wire. Though I ended up on the losing side on a majority of them and he had already beaten the game. I did go with the season pass though I hope some more levels make it in as well. All in all a pretty good game and I like the multi tier aspect of the levels.
