I think I'm just going to order this from amazon. If it's anything like my One but with RF/wifi control it seems like a complete no brainer to me.
An 8 device limit has me a bit timid, but I'm not a big gamer and my Kuro, PJ, AVR, BD player, Popcorn Hour, DirecTV and Apple TV has me with one left anyway.
BY the way, I was reading a review on amazon that says you CAN buy just the hub, but I didn't find it anywhere...just the link and that's definitely different, correct?
here's his quote:
"I read a review of the Harmony Hub and was intrigued. However, the hub was not available by itself at the time I wanted to purchase, so I settled for paying an extra $30 and getting the Harmony Smart Control, which comes with a real remote control unit in addition to the smartphone app."
Perhaps he's confusing it with the "link" as I don't see the hub available alone??? I would def just get the hub and keep my One if that's the case!
Wait a minute is the SOFTWARE limited to 8 devices or just the remote itself? If it's just the remote that would be glorious...I bet a lot of one users would be pi$$ed if they formerly had that using more devices and would now be hamstrung!
EDIT: the hub IS sold separately, but for $99.99 on logitech's site http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/harmony-ultimate-hub?crid=60
which is same price for the complete set-up on Amazon:
Can't find the hub solo on amazon.
