Rip Audio From a Home DVD

I hope I'm posting this in the correct place. Seems like this is where it belongs.

I want to rip audio from my DVD's and turn them into MP3

I have a few videos of my auditions a few years back. And now I want to convert those to Audio so I can archive it, bury it and save it for the future generations to find!

I;ve basically followed this step by step guide on how to do this with HandBreak on my mac. [http://www.macworld.com/article/1146240/dvd_audio_ripping.html]

This rips the audio into a AIFF format, but I want MP3

Does anyone know of a much quicker alternative to getting this done? (with out really losing any audio quality from the DVD's)

Use Fairuse Wizard. Make sure you indicate you want all the files. Speed of transcoding dependent on your CPU.
