Naturally the delivery guys just want to get the heck out. I did not expect anything else but one always hopes for the little extra service where a customer could come back to the forum and preach the gospel according to paul's tv and their awesome delivery. Not today though. Very basic.

Happy to report i did not find a problem. I will get it on the stand sometime today.

thats how they keep the prices low

They are not doing so well, google that name and look in scam book.

  • What was the price?
  • When are they supposed to be restocked?

Thanks

Just under $2500 delivered for the 65VT60. I'm not sure on the restocking.

in the coupon box type in save600 and that will discount it another $600

Pulled the trigger on the 55VT60 today. $1800 w/ free shipping from Paul's TV. The price displayed on the website was higher, but when I called the Sales rep applied a promo code for me.

Amazon will price match the $2500, but 24 month zero financing is only on their store card. Can't use my signature card. I might just pay in full. So dumb......

I’m new to this thread. I just searched for the 65VT60 and came up with EAST COAST TVs in Linden, NJ.

Price: $2,355.00
Coupon 2% discount: -$46.70 (through July 27th)
Customer Appreciation: -$15.00
No tax (out of state in CA): $00.00
Price: $2,273.30 with FREE SHIPPING

Any comments about this price and this company would be helpful. Thanks.

Has anyone ever gotten Best Buy to match Pauls Tv price over the phone? I just called the 800# not a local store and they say they don't match them, only Amazon directly. I have no problem buying from Pauls or Amazon, but I have a Best Buy credit that I want to use. I have tried locally in store to get them to match some prices, and was never successful.

I have gotten my local best buy's to match a variety of online retailers. inlcuding pauls tv and even Abes of Maine. I actually just got my best buy to drop the price of the 65vt60 to 2499 based off of Pauls price, and then talked them down another 100 to make it 2399 +tax and they even delivered it for free. I have found that it depends on the person you talk to. If your Best Buy has a magnolia i would go there and make sure you talk to someone who knows wtf they are doing. Shouldnt be too hard to get them to do the match. I always try the "Hey i was about to buy this online this morning from here...(show them the item in your cart with another company on your phone) but then i decided to come and see if you guys would match since i always try to buy everything from BB". It has worked everytime for me so far.

No source. I just went up to my Best Buy across the street (Frisco, TX (Eldorado)) and asked what the current price was. They looked it up and it showed 1799.99. When I got it price matched to 1899.99 to the same store's price back on July 14th, same 2299.99 price was showing on BB website that you are seeing.

Online price is different than the store price on VT & ZT currently. I can confirm that is the in-store price.

So what's the store price then currently on the zt model (65 inch to be specific)?

I was at my Best Buy on Friday and they had the 65 inch VT priced at $2700. Not too bad of a price but still not the best out there.

Paul's TV has the 60 inch for $1899 when you use SAVE600 coupon. It says they're an authorized dealer though I have never ordered from them. Tried to get BB to price match but no luck. Missed the boat a few weeks ago on the other sales unfortunately.

Anyone with an answer to this? Would love to pick up a 65 inch zt, but would like to know what some of you are being quoted by best buy right now. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
If you guys want to know about ZT pricing you should probably be asking in the ZT price thread.

Any thoughts on the 2499 price? I have a Paul's close by and am torn.
If it was just a couple hundred less i would jump without question...

Any thoughts if this might go down in the next month or so?

That is the best price I have seen for a authorized dealer. I bought mine from Paul's when it was $2600 but it was cheaper for me since it included sales tax.

I just purchased the 65" VT60 from Paul's yesterday online. I expected to get a call from them trying to upsell me on warranty or something. That call never came. Got an email today that my T.V. has shipped. Got it for the $2499.00 price. I hope everything goes well.

I went to my local Bestbuy today and they had the 65VT60 for $2699. I asked them if they'd take $2499 for it (no pricematch). The manager called Panasonic to see if they could sell the TV for that price since it wasn't a pricematch. Panasonic said yes and sold it to me for $2499. Never hurts to ask.

Hello Vanguard223
I just took delivery in NJ of a 65vt60 from Pauls Tv tonight. I ordered it last week also for @2499. It was delivered by a freight truck company. I had to give the guy a hand offloading and carrying into the house. He help me lift the tv out of the box to inspect the bottom and bottom corners. The box looked a bit worn, but nothing wrong with the tv. No cracks, chips or scratches. Put batteries in remote and turned it on. I never felt rushed or pressured to sign the received document. Overall is was a great white glove delivery. I'm sure you will have no issues with the Tv and delivery.
