Concerned about height of TV after being mounted (55 inch TV with about 6 1/2 ft of distance)

So I'm just getting around to setting up the swivel mount for my TV. I wanted to free up the top level of the stand to place the middle speaker there and some other items.

Anyway, what I just realized is that the height will now be a bit higher than what it currently is. I did a crude adjustment in paint in the images below but the gist...

1) 6 1/2 ft viewing distance from TV
2) Eyes when looking straight are pretty much viewing the TV at its center
3) The bottom of the TV is about 26 inches from the ground. After mounting, it will be around 31 inches.

Should I avoid mounting? I may end up just giving up on the mounting and re arranging components so that the middle speaker is in the second level

31" seems quite high to me. But then I prefer looking slightly down at the display, mine is quite low, about 18" off the floor. Technically you eye should fall at the center of the screen when in your normal viewing spot, I surmise that is where you have it now.

People watch TV differently. I sometimes sit, sometimes lay and sometimes I stretch out on the floor. No way to hit all those spots, so my suggestion is find what is comfortable you and go with it.

Yeah, I think I have now is how I want it which is unfortunate because I didn't think things out when buying the stand. I think I'll just have to re arrange things to see how I can fit the center speaker

Thanks!

The bottom of my 55" 1080p TV screen is 29" above the floor and the center of the screen is 1" above my eye level when sitting in my chair.
My viewing distance is 11 feet every thing is just fine. Sitting closer then 4 1/2 feet causes 1080p video content to appear blurry.
For 720p content up scaled to 1080p starts looking blurry at about 8 feet.
