Mitsu or Mits is short for Mitsubishi. When I sold televisions at Circuit City, the Mitsubishi and Samsung DLP rear projection offered the best bang for the buck as far as picture sizes and quality of the picture. That's why I bought a 65 inch Mits WD-Y65 back in 2006. It was pretty advanced for its time with a DVI connection, Firewire port, and 2 HDMI inputs. Never had any issues with it other than fan noise. DLP does deliver a very good picture, but the body of the set is huge. I wanted to upgrade to a thinner set, and wanted to go slightly larger. I am a plasma fanboy, but I chose a 3D 70 inch Sharp panel. I did look at the 73 inch DLP sets at HH Gregg, but they were way too deep, If you have the room for them, a Mitsubishi DLP set can be had for fire sale prices.
A 65 inch DLP at BBY for $600!
Granted, it is not a "smart tv", but that is a killer price.
