Check if the same issue still exists on all the sources connected to the TV.
Connect a DVD player and check if the same issue still exists on the TV.
Press the MENU and check if the same issue still exists on the MENU screen also.
Perform self diagnosis on your TV and check if the same issue still exists on the self diagnosis screen.
Press MENU>>>SUPPORT>>>SELF DIAGNOSIS>>>PICTURE TEST on your TV to perform self diagnosis on your TV.
If the same issue still exists, please try to reset the TV and check if the same issue still exists.
We request you to reset the TV to factory defaults using the below steps through TV remote control. MENU >> Support >> Self Diagnosis >> Reset. The default PIN will be 0-0-0-0.
