Odd-Shaped Deck Speaker Placement Question (with Sketchup drawings)

I purchased a pair of Def Tech AW6500's and am looking for opinions on placement (I only want to do this once, lol). The deck is only partially covered and the bay windows protrude 2 feet into the sitting area. I marked 5 potential locations to make is easy to communicate placement. I was thinking either a 1,2 (pointing back towards the house) a 3,5 (3 would to pointing towards the stairs) or 4,5. We use the entire deck but mostly just the covered portion. Would placing a speaker in the 5 location spread them out too far? I am not looking to blast the backyard or anything, just provide some audio to the deck itself. The deck floor is 12'x22'.

1,2.

However, if you are doing something with the wall under #3(like a tv or projector screen) then I suggest 3,2.

Only use #5, if you are running the speakers in mono. Otherwise it is too far away to be usefull in stereo.
