Hi guys,

Just wondering if this TV: http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921666519671 shares the same screen with Sony's higher end W802A LCD LED TVs? The reason being is that I literally can't find any reviews or comments on the internet regarding the 650A, yet there are plenty of good comments about the W802A and some of Sony's other models.

I know both TVs have different features, but is it safe to judge that the picture quality will be similar between the two and the rest of Sony's range (forgetting any of Sony's added on picture flourishes that vary throughout the range). Is it a good TV?

(As a side question -- are any of Sony's picture modes worth using, or is it as usual with HDTVs where it's best to turn all the stuff off and go with a nice basic image?)

i already said on avforums that the W650 range DOES not HAVE an IPS panel !!! it's an AUO A-MVA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so the quality will NOT be the same...and of course you can't find reviews...as there are none !

be patient !!!!!!!!!

too lazy to give the link of the panel thing...but it's on avforums and the source is GREEK....
