Soundbar suggestions?

Hi gang, I'm located here in the states and wondering if anyone can suggest a sound bar for me? I plan on hooking it up to a LG 55LE5500 and would love if it was a LG brand, since I'm considering purchasing a LG BD player and would love to have one remote to control them. I was originally looking at the Yamaha & Samsung that Costco carries, but now I'm not so sure. I'd like to keep it below $300 if I can and would appreciate any assistance.

What about the LG NB3530A? It barely fits under your budget.

Thanks Doc, I think that was one I was actually eyeballing. For $243 I can't balk at it. What is the difference between this and the LG NB3520A 300W($290)? I can't decide if I should buy this from Amazon or at Video Only. Kind of wish Costco carried these, since I love their return policy when something goes south. Any thoughts on the LG BD player? I've been considering the 3D one, I can't remember which one? Like I said, I'd love to have all of the same brands for components. I ask here because I haven't had much of a response in the BD forum. I think my question might have gotten lost in the shuffle.

I can't find a side by side comparison of the 2 so I can't say with certainty what the differences are. As far as BD players go, Sony and Panasonic are thought of as the best in the under $200 range. That said, I have never had an LG anything. I would assume that an LG BD player would be fine but, as with anything, make sure that you buy it from a place with a decent return policy.

Most definitely and I appreciate. This is something I like about buying at Costco. My bedroom Vizio BD player just stopped playing the apps and with a preschooler Netflix saves me tons of cash on DVD's. So I have moved my Samsung upstairs and returned the Vizio with no questions ask. I'm going to check out Video Only and possible order through Amazon when I'm ready. Apparently they have a good return policy.

I just bought the Polk Soundbar 5000

http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-Surroundbar-Surround-Subwoofer/dp/B009LH9SMO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1369939837&sr=8-1&keywords=polk+soundbar+5000

The sub is extremely powerful, and needs adjusting, but for the price (399, which is a bit over your budget), its completely worth it compared to similar priced models.

Yea strangely for some reason the 5000 has a stronger sub and more powerful bass than the 6000. And Bluetooth as well. So if you want more bass I would go with the 5000 over the 6000.

Hey,

I have a similar price point.
What do you guys think about these two? I'm in Canada so these
are probably a lot cheaper in the states.

And if you guys don't mind, I do have some more questions in my post #563
