If you own calman or control cal you do not need a pin to my knowledge just follow the ISF procedures, have you tried the Calman support forum >

There is an option in the display to set the Professional 1/2 picture modes to on. I think it is in the setup menu. Once you set it to on, the modes will show up in the main menu just like Custom , THX Cinema, etc.

I just bought the c3 meter and going to upgrade to control for the autocal feature. however if a pin# is needed to unlock in ISFccc mode and I have no resources to aquire then I am going to send Calman5 back for a refund.

There are procedures for autocal on spectracals website

The code is "i085", "i" being the Info button on the remote.

The password is a bit confusing and not very well documented. It appears you can enter any 4-digit password the first time around, however you must then enter it again to confirm (including the "i085" code, above.) If you enter any password other than "i085", you will get the sub-menu item to turn the settings lock on or off, but not the additional one to connect to the ISFccc network required by CalMAN to access the settings.

Your best bet is to get ControlCal. Honestly it's more then worth it. I don't think I would even touch a panasonic without it

I took a look at Calman. It's too expensive for me. Can't really pay more than $200 extra. I am thinking about getting ChromaPure since it seems easier as far as UI and I like the before/after reporting. Is this one "exactly" the same as far as functionally and feature set as the free one?
