The above post I just made explains why you may be wrong, but furthermore this supposed expert you keep referencing doesn't even have the speed reported correctly either, he has everything backwards.
At the same RPM (if adaptable, though it's not), then 60hz would be reported as having a slower color wheel speed than 50hz, not faster, and this is because the frames are going by faster per rotation at 60hz. The reason it does not work like that is because the RPM's in this case of the color wheel itself have to change for 50hz vs. 60hz to stay in-synch just like they do if using 48hz, unless other things are adapted as well.
Also 3x @ 50hz would be incredibly slow. I think that post should be 6x @ 50hz / 3x @ 100hz, but then again it is most likely similar to the other Benqs which have variable motor adjustments to compensate the HZ.
