Game Sharing on PS3.

I used the search function, but didn't get any good answers, so I thought I would ask here.

I usually play most of my single player games with my uncle at my house on my PS3, but occasionally we will play at his house on his kids PS3. In these cases we just take the discs back and forth. What I am wondering is if I can do something similar with a downloaded game. I am planing on getting The Last of Us from the PSN, and I don't have a clue if it is possible to play at both locations. If it is not then I may just pick up the Disc instead of the download.

If anyone could provided some info on how game sharing may or may not work it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have firsthand experience with this, but I believe you are allowed to download the game to two ps3's that you register to your PSN id. So all you have to do is login with your uncle's ps3, get on the PSN store and download the game again. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, i works.

- Buy the game from the PSN store
- Download it to PS3 #1
- Login to your PSN account and download it to PS3 #2

The game can now be enjoyed at any time on both PS3s. You can only share between two machines. If you deactivate one machine, it loses access to all games it has downloaded, but you can then activate a different one for dloading the game if you choose.
