What does the manual say? The disc includes an illustrated handbook.

Just run the disc 1st and keep your SPL meter handy......your receiver does not have Audyssey/ARC/YPAO, etc. I take it?

I use audyssey and well the speakers was no where near 75db it was like 60 something db and my front 2 speakers was unbalance.I try internal test tone and got everything to read 75db but front 2 speakers still unbalance.I use to own hk 2600 and did the auto cal with that worked no problem and then out of the blue started noticing my two fronts gotten unbalanced so i went ahead and picked up denon 1612 and now i'm stump on if its the speaker or what.this my spl meter if it matters http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1EF0FD6704

Also this is what i got with the internal test tone

FL +4.0
FR +5.5
C +3.5
SR +5.0
SL +4.5
