Dedicated HT Room Gear - Sanity Check

After 10 years I'm finally building a dedicated HT room. The room is new construction and dedicated solely to HT. It is roughly 325 sq ft and the only room on the 2nd floor of the house. I've went to a HT place locally that has decent reviews on the list below is what we choose given the requirements and budget.

Epson Pro Cinema 6020 - 3K
110" Snap Dragon 110" 103g - 900
Pioneer SC65 - 1k
Paradigm Monitor 9 - 1K
Paradigm Center 3 - 500
Paradigm Surround 1 - 500
Paradigm Monitor Sub 10 - 750

We listened to the speaker setup in a room slightly larger than ours and it sounded great. I'm not an audiophile so that doesn't count as much. Does this setup look decent for the price? Is there anything I need to know about this equipment that I wouldn't be told by the sales guy? Thanks in advance. I'm chomping at the bit to get this going.

The Epson units are a great value, Paradigm makes quality stuff, too. Are they going to run wires and do the installation / setup? That's where you need to pay attention to the costs - you should not be paying more than a few bucks each for HDMI, speaker cables, etc. A long HDMI cable will be needed, but even a dealer-installed one should be <$100. (The Redmere cables from Monoprice would be ~$50).

I'm having them install the projector and screen along with any video calibration that needs to be completed. I'll be providing the speaker cables, HDMI, and everything else. The room is already wired up and the receiver will calibrate the speakers well enough for me.
