So I am trying to stream Pandora Music from my AVH-X8500BHS and have had no luck what so ever! I'm so fed up. I have searched websites and googling endless searches and to no avail. I came across this forum and looking for help from my friend who recommended this website. So long story short, Pandora not streaming any music from my AVH-X8500BHS. Blutooth is connected everything is fine. When I click on Blutooth I can hear the Pandora music streaming from my phone. But when it comes to streaming it through my AVH-X8500BHS. It just does not work. The Pandora app icon is not lit up so I can't click on it. Can someone pelase help with this? My phone is a Galaxy S4 Andriod. Please help. thank you all!

Quite simply, your phone is not supported.

There may be a firmware update that can help. Try contacting Pioneer. Or keep searching for a work around.

did you resolve Pandora issue?
Galaxy S4Android 4.2.2Samsung Adapter* is supported.
I think you need to run appradio app on S4 that will sync to 8500 over BT
I'm not sure if HDMI connections is expected to transfer audio to 8500, while for video it's a must.
you need this
info at pioneer is misleading. no other connectors are need for the S4
