Denon AVR-4800 and Wireless Headphones

I have a older 4800 that I have my Oppo going into via the multi channel inputs, and my HR34(Directv) box coaxial in. Now I've been looking at the Sennheiser RS160,170,180's which are all analog. Will these work somehow with my setup and where on the back of the 4800 would I put these so I can have sound out of the headphones and still have sound out of my speakers hooked up to the AVR? I know I can hook it up right in the headphone jack in the front but will lose all sound from the speakers.

One of these days(I keep saying that) I will upgrade the receiver to HDMI inputs. Will that be a problem in the future for one of these headphones or would I need the digital RS220?

AFAIK, the 4800 cannot pass a digital signal to the analog/REC out jacks so connect the source you want to listen to with the headphones with analog red/white cables to analog inputs (eg. VCR IN) and connect the headphone transmitter to an analog output set of jacks (eg. VCR Out).

So to do what I want, I would need the rs220. Little pricey.

Or you could either simply (1) add a set of analog red/white cables from the Oppo and HR34 to the 4800, or (2) also connect optical output from the Oppo and HR34 to a digital --> analog converter.

I was looking into a 4 way rca component video box on monoprice and just use all the audio jacks. After I hook the Oppo and HR34 to the box where would I go into the Denon to hear the headphones and still hear my speakers. I use TV for the TV and DVD input for bluray on the Denon.

I know I would need to go in somewhere on the Denon from the out on the monoprice box, then hook the headphone receiver up to the out on the corresponding input. I just want to make sure the wife can still hear the speakers that are hooked up to the denon and the headphones are working for my deaf ass.
