upgrading from 67" DLP to 65" ST60

Thread Starter
Took delivery of a new Panny 65" ST60 last night. It is replacing my 67" Samsung DLP, which has the dreaded white spots.
I was very nervious about going down in size, and almost went with the 70" Vizio LED from Costco.
After putting in some quick calibration numbers I found on this site, I watched little golf channel, some of the Red Sox game(go Lackey!!), and then settled in and watched the movie Drive(netflix).

Holy f*cking S%it this tv is awsome!!! Inky inky inky blacks, image POP right off the screen, it's really incredible!!

I let the Dnice slides run all night , but so far I am a happy camper.biggrin.gif

Congrats, that is a nice upgrade. I remember when I went from my SXRD RPTV to plasma and was floored at the improvement.
