MiniDV and Hi8 adapters

I need some type of way to play these tapes and really can't find anything online. There are VHS-C video tape adapter but I read that MiniDV and Hi8 won't play in those.
Can anyone help me find a cheapest alternate way to be able to play these?
Thanks!

You need a MiniDV camcorder or deck to play MiniDV tapes. You need Hi8 or Digital8 camcorder or deck to play Hi8 tapes. Decks are often multiscanning, but camcorders usually not.

Do you have link to any of those?

Google? eBay?

What I meant by multiscanning is you need a 60 Hz ("NTSC") camcorder to play 60 Hz tape. Decks usually play both 50 Hz ("PAL") and NTSC, but you need to double-check. Decks are expensive anyway, just get a used camcorder and ingest into computer via FireWire (AFAIK Digital8 uses FireWire, Hi8 camcorder uses analog output. All MiniDV use FireWire). Thus you need a computer with FireWire port. You can get a FireWire riser card for about $15.
